Dive into an enchanting mermaid adventure—no swimming required! The Landlubber Party is perfect for those who want to experience the magic of the sea on dry land with a real mermaid. This interactive, imagination-filled event is ideal for younger children, indoor parties, or anyone who loves mermaids but prefers to stay on shore. What’s Included: > Meet a Real Mermaid – Guests will be greeted by a shimmering mermaid, ready to share her underwater secrets. > Story time with the Mermaid – Listen as she tells a whimsical tale from the deep, bringing the magic of the ocean to life. > Mermaid Q&A – Ever wondered what mermaids eat, how they sleep, or if they have sea creature friends? Ask all your mermaid questions. > Feel a Real Mermaid’s Fin – Get up close and touch the mermaid’s magical tail—see if you can discover its secrets. > Photo Opportunities – Take beautiful pictures with the mermaid to remember your special day forever. Optional Add-Ons: > "Mermaid’s Treasure Chest" Gift Bags – Little ocean treasures for each child to take home. > Craft Activity – Decorate a mermaid crown, seashell, or treasure map. > Bubble Wishing Ceremony – A magical moment where the mermaid blows bubbles with the guests to they can "wish" on each shimmering bubble. Perfect for birthday parties, playdates, and magical celebrations.
Cancellation Policy
At Magical Mer Madi, we understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy to ensure fairness for both our clients and our mermaid. Payments & Booking: - Full payment is required at the time of booking. - Your payment secures your event date and time. Cancellations & Refunds: - 15+ Days Before the Event: You may reschedule once at no additional charge, subject to availability. If you choose to cancel instead of rescheduling, you will receive a 50% refund. - 7–14 Days Before the Event: You may reschedule with a $25 rescheduling fee, or cancel for a 25% refund. - Less Than 7 Days Before the Event: No refunds will be issued. However, you may reschedule for a $50 rescheduling fee, within 3 months of the original date, subject to availability. Weather Policy (For Pool Parties & Outdoor Events): - If bad weather is forecasted, we recommend having an indoor backup plan. - Rescheduling due to weather is allowed once at no extra charge if requested at least 24 hours before the event. - If no indoor option is available and rescheduling is not possible, the event may be converted to a Landlubber Party (dry event) instead. Rescheduling: - Events can be rescheduled once at no charge if done at least 14 days in advance. - Any additional rescheduling requests will require a $25 rescheduling fee. Emergency Cancellations: - In the rare case that **Magical Mer Madi** must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be given the option to **reschedule at no cost** or receive a **full refund**. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to bringing the magic of mermaids to your event!
