Make a splash with a one-of-a-kind mermaid experience! The Fin-Tastic Pool Party is perfect for those who want to swim, play, and interact with a real mermaid in the water. This high-energy event brings the magic of the sea to life with interactive games, mermaid storytelling, and unforgettable fun in the pool. This party requires a pool at the event location. The mermaid cannot provide a pool, so please ensure your venue has a suitable swimming area. What’s Included: > Swim with a Mermaid – Watch in awe as the mermaid glides through the water, then join in for some splashing fun. > Mermaid Q&A – Ask the mermaid all your questions about life under the sea. > Mermaid Games & Challenges – Race like a dolphin, dive for sunken treasure, and test your best mermaid moves. > Photo Opportunities – Take magical pictures in or out of the water with the mermaid. Optional Add-Ons: > "Treasure Hunt" Pool Game – Dive for hidden ocean gems or gold coins. > "Mermaid Training" Swim Challenge – Fun guided activities to help guests swim like real mermaids. > Bubble Wishing Ceremony – Guests make a special wish as the mermaid blows shimmering bubbles around them, carrying their wishes to the sea. Perfect for birthdays, summer parties, and any child who dreams of meeting a real mermaid.
Cancellation Policy
At Magical Mer Madi, we understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy to ensure fairness for both our clients and our mermaid. Payments & Booking: - Full payment is required at the time of booking. - Your payment secures your event date and time. Cancellations & Refunds: - 15+ Days Before the Event: You may reschedule once at no additional charge, subject to availability. If you choose to cancel instead of rescheduling, you will receive a 50% refund. - 7–14 Days Before the Event: You may reschedule with a $25 rescheduling fee, or cancel for a 25% refund. - Less Than 7 Days Before the Event: No refunds will be issued. However, you may reschedule for a $50 rescheduling fee, within 3 months of the original date, subject to availability. Weather Policy (For Pool Parties & Outdoor Events): - If bad weather is forecasted, we recommend having an indoor backup plan. - Rescheduling due to weather is allowed once at no extra charge if requested at least 24 hours before the event. - If no indoor option is available and rescheduling is not possible, the event may be converted to a Landlubber Party (dry event) instead. Rescheduling: - Events can be rescheduled once at no charge if done at least 14 days in advance. - Any additional rescheduling requests will require a $25 rescheduling fee. Emergency Cancellations: - In the rare case that **Magical Mer Madi** must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be given the option to **reschedule at no cost** or receive a **full refund**. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to bringing the magic of mermaids to your event!
